Demo Service Terms

1. Demo Access

   • Demo access is provided solely for evaluation purposes

   • Demo environments are temporary and may be terminated at any time

   • We reserve the right to refuse demo access at our discretion

2. Intellectual Property

   • All tools, software, and materials presented during demos remain our exclusive property

   • No rights or licenses are granted through demo participation

   • Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of demo content requires written permission

3. Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEMO SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• Data breaches or unauthorized access

• Technical malfunctions during demos

• Interruption or cessation of demo services

• Actions taken based on demo results

• Any claims related to demo content or functionality

• No system or data transmission over the internet is completely secure

• We cannot guarantee the security of data during demos or transmission

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials

• Any sensitive data shared during demos is at your own risk

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the demo service or violation of these terms.
